**As far as practicable, we have provided information that is helpful, accurate and up to date, however pictures and product information (including tips n tricks) are intended as a guide only. We accept no legal liability.

**The content of this website may not be copied, changed, or reused without written permission from Hancox Nursery.

**All products are available at time of publication. Due to seasonal fluctuations, some products may be available in limited numbers only. Hancox Nursery reserve the right to withhold supply, or reserve plants at any time. In the event your order is unable to be fulfilled, we will contact you and credit any overpayment due within 7 days.

** All prices include gst

** Orders will be dispatched at the supplier’s discretion. Our preferred courier service is APD. Charges apply. Country customers beyond the “APD outer zone” will need to contact us via email.

** All our orders are carefully picked and packed by hand, however, issues can arise in transit for which we do not accept responsibility. Please check your order when it arrives. If your plant order arrives in poor condition, please contact us immediately via email.

** For your security, we accept online payments via paypal exclusively.

** Our plants are distributed from a central warehouse, we do not offer a ‘pick up’ option. Please contact us via email if you have any queries concerning our shipping options.

** Deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure your delivery address is able to receive during those times. An email will be sent to your nominated email address to notify you of dispatch. In the event no-one is available on delivery, please ensure a secure and sheltered drop off place is specified in the delivery notes when placing your order. We accept no responsibility for lost, or stolen goods.
